On April 12, 2025, the International Scientific and Practical Conference titled “The Law Enforcement System of Kazakhstan in the New Global Reality: State, Reforms, Development” was held at the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Esbulatov. The conference was organized by the Council of Young Scientists. The event took place in a hybrid format and brought together representatives from the scientific and practical legal community of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Russia. From the Higher School of Law of Turan University, the Director of the Research Institute of Law, Doctor of Law, Professor Talgat Kurmanovich Akimzhanov delivered a report on the topic: “Improving Certain Aspects of the Execution of Sentences as an Important Direction in Law Enforcement Activities.” Dr. T.K. Akimzhanov’s participation highlighted the high scientific level of Turan University and its active involvement in discussing current legal issues in the field of law enforcement.
