Guest lecture by event manager Olga Sultanova for students of the ЕP «Restaurant business and hotel business»

On October 08, 2025, Olga Sultanova, a theater producer, art manager, and producer of the Action Literally Inclusive Theater laboratory, gave a guest lecture to 3rd-year students of the Restaurant and Hotel Business educational program in the Event Management discipline (teachers of the Higher School of Tourism and Hospitality Fayzullina G.Sh., Yulchieva G.N.).

Olga Sultanova took an unusual approach to her presentation, prepared it in accordance with the specialization of the students – she presented the entire process of preparing the event as «table setting», telling about an integrated approach to organizing events. And this «serving» begins with putting your dreams on paper. Subsequently, in the process of realizing one’s dream, chaos is ordered. At the same time, it is necessary to pay great attention to volunteers, ensure good communication on the project, be prepared for unforeseen circumstances and fulfill your obligations to the customer on time. The lecturer spoke about her experience in organizing events. The students listened attentively and with interest.
