Environmental lecture

For the purpose of environmental education of students, on 28 September 2023, Irina Naumovna Krengauz, candidate of economic sciences, Associate Professor at the Higher School of Marketing and Logistics at Turan University, gave an environmental lecture to third-year students majoring in Marketing. The topic of the lecture was «Inexpensive and Clean Energy».

Krengauz I.N. spoke about Sustainable Development Goal 7: universal access to modern energy supply, increasing the share of energy from renewable sources, doubling the global energy efficiency improvement rate, conducting research into technologies, developing investments in environmentally friendly energy, expanding and modernising energy supply technologies in developing countries, and contemporary energy conservation issues. In conclusion, the lecturer gave students several recommendations on saving electricity and using clean energy.

The lecture sparked lively interest and positive feedback from students. They listened attentively, asked questions, actively participated in the discussion, and expressed their opinions. The lecturer’s presentation was of a high scientific and theoretical level, very interesting, informative and useful for students.
