Professor K.A. Bakishev held a guest lecture at the Higher School of Law for students of the Higher School of Law

On October 8, 2025, a guest lecture was held at the Higher School of Law for students of the educational programs “Jurisprudence,” “International Law” and “Corporate Lawyer.” The topic of the lecture: “Ensuring safety in mining or construction work in modern conditions (criminal law and criminological aspects).” The speaker was Doctor of Law, Professor K.A. Bakishev. The event was moderated by Doctor of Law, Professor T.K. Akimzhanov. During the lecture, legal mechanisms for ensuring security in construction and mining works, as well as relevant criminal law and criminological aspects were considered. Students had the opportunity to expand their knowledge, discuss practical issues and get acquainted with modern approaches to ensuring law and order in this area.
