A meeting was held at Turan University with a delegation from Penza State University (Russia), during which the parties discussed key areas of partnership development in the field of education, science and academic mobility. During the visit, representatives of the universities held meaningful negotiations aimed at strengthening interuniversity cooperation and creating joint educational and research projects. Special attention was paid to the exchange of teachers and students, the implementation of dual degree programs, as well as joint scientific activities and internships. Following the meeting, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Penza State University and Turan University. The signing of this document was an important step in the development of international relations and confirmation of the mutual interest of the parties in the development of academic partnership. After the official part, the guests visited the Turan University Graduate School of Law, where they were given a guided tour of specialized classrooms. The delegation got acquainted with the educational base of the department — the office of forensic tactics, the courtroom, as well as other modern classrooms equipped for practical training of students. Representatives of Penza State University noted the high level of organization of the educational process, the practice-oriented approach and the innovative infrastructure of the Higher School of Law. The meeting was held in an atmosphere of mutual respect, academic interest and professional dialogue.
