Internship of PhD student at Gdansk University, Poland

From September 30 to November 1, 2025, second-year doctoral student Samal Ilyasova, majoring in Law, completed a research internship at the University of Gdańsk (Poland).

Founded on March 20, 1970, the University of Gdańsk is the largest institution of higher education in northern Poland and ranks among the top 10 universities in Poland in the fields of physics, biotechnology, psychology, education, business, law, and administration. It is also included in the QS World University Rankings, ranking in the 850-900 position.

The internship was supervised by PhD, Dr. hab. Prof. Edvardas Juchnevicius. During the research internship, the doctoral student became familiar with the university’s facilities, library and departmental learning centers, and participated in university scientific events. Under the guidance of a foreign scientific advisor, the doctoral student worked on research and prepared an article for publication in Kazakhstani and internationally ranked journals. Upon completion of the internship, the doctoral student received a certificate.
