Nurgisa Kusherov, a senior lecturer of the High School of International Relations and Diplomacy, received a certificate as a finalist in the KISI competition as the best young expert

On October 28, 2025, diplomas were awarded to ten finalists of the Young Experts Support Program at the KISI under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Astana. The Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan completed the competition for finalists of the “New Horizons for Economic and Social Development of Kazakhstan’s Regions” Program. Senior lecturer of the High School of International Relations and Diplomacy Nurgisa Kusherov received a certificate  and a grant to implement his project. The research topics of the ten finalists were named the best among 76 young expert projects submitted by all of Kazakhstan. Aigul Kosherbayeva, academic secretary of the KISI under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, moderated the final strategic session.
