Olzhas Alimov’s Lecture on Property Law and Property Rights Was Held at the Turan University Higher School of Law

The Turan University Graduate School of Law hosted a guest lecture for students of the Law and Corporate Lawyer educational programs on the topic “Property Law. Property rights”. The speaker was Alimov Olzhas Tolegenuly, Master of Law, Chairman of the Chamber of Legal Consultants of the Center for Legal Protection and Provision of Legal Services.

The lecture was moderated by the director of the Higher School of Law, PhD Dzhumabayeva K.A. During the lecture, the students were presented the key theoretical and practical aspects of the institute of property and property rights, the specifics of their application in the civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The speaker spoke in detail about the types of property rights, the mechanisms of their protection, and also answered the questions of students interested in law enforcement practice.
