Strengthening International Cooperation: Turan University Meets Pomeranian University

On November 18, 2025, an official meeting with the delegation from Pomeranian University (Poland) was held at Turan University. The meeting took place in a professional and friendly atmosphere. The delegation from Pomeranian University included:

• Zbigniew Osadowski, Doctor, Professor, Rector of Pomeranian University in Słupsk;
• Yelyzaveta Okunkova, Promotion Specialist;
• Amankul Sadauakasovna Kazmagambetova, Delegation Representative, Head of the Center for Kazakh Culture and Science named after Abai at Pomeranian University.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the implementation of a joint double degree program, which opens new opportunities for students to receive international education and enhance their competitiveness in the global labor market.

Further areas of cooperation were also discussed, including:

• exchange of students, faculty, and administrative staff;
• conducting joint scientific research and publications;
• organizing seminars, workshops, and conferences;
• participation in international grant programs.

The meeting highlighted the commitment of both parties to strengthen academic ties and develop a long-term strategic partnership.
