Novice Tournament: A Triumph of Arguments and the Art of Speech

The tenth Novice Debate Tournament was held at Turan University, organized in collaboration with the Sirius Debate Club. The event brought together 46 teams dozens of bright ideas, sharp discussions, and high-level intellectual battles.

The tournament gathered participants not only from Almaty but also from Astana and Bishkek, adding competitive spirit and diversity of perspectives.

• 1st place: Savchenko Polina & Nichipurenko Polina
• 2nd place: Velmyakin Egor, Baimakhan Sanat
• 3rd place: Pezil Aybar, Talakh Vitalina
• 4th place: Valeeva Anastasia, Duzhenkova Yulianna

Participants highlighted the high level of organization and the engaging, non-standard resolutions that truly made them think and debate.
