Practice in mastering the profession. Educational program «Restaurant business and hotel business»

In the curriculum of the fall semester, 3rd year students, gr. 231 (4) ЕP «Restaurant business and hotel business» had the discipline «Event management» (lecturer Ph.D. Faizullina G.Sh.). As part of this course, students planned real events and developed project documentation for them (concept, risks, inventory, cost calculation, etc.).

 

And as a result, we organized and conducted two events (Bar Party, Qazaqsha Terapia) aimed at strengthening communication ties within the group and popularizing the chosen profession.
