Guest Lecture: A Lawyer in the Banking and Financial Sector

On November 27, the Higher School of Law hosted an informative and practice-oriented guest lecture titled “A Lawyer in the Banking and Financial Sector: From Contract Support and Compliance to Integrating Financial Literacy into the Development of Legal Documents.” The speaker was Assel Amangeldiyevna Nasimoldina, Head of the Legal Support Department at Home Credit Bank. During the lecture, she provided an in-depth overview of the specifics of contract work in banks, the role of compliance in financial institutions, the practical aspects of legal support in banking activities, and the importance of financial literacy in drafting legal documents. Special attention was given to real cases from professional practice and the competencies required of modern corporate lawyers.The event was moderated by Associate Professor, Candidate of Legal Sciences I.T.
