On November 20, 2025, under the guidance of Associate Professor of the Higher School of Law at Turan University, B.M. Zhugralina, third-year students of the “Jurisprudence” educational program took part in an academic excursion to the Medeu District Court of Almaty, which handles civil cases. The event was held within the framework of practice-oriented learning and aimed at expanding the students’ professional knowledge and familiarizing them with the real work of the judicial system. During the excursion, participants learned about the organization of the court’s operations and the specifics of civil case proceedings. Judge Dinara Bekenovna Kuikabaeva conducted an informative session in which she spoke about the requirements for candidates wishing to work in the judiciary, potential career paths, and the procedure for employment. Special attention was given to the professional and personal qualities required of court employees, such as responsibility, attentiveness, ethical conduct, the ability to work with documents, and adherence to procedural norms. The meeting took place in an open dialogue format: students shared their professional interests, while the judge provided detailed answers and practical recommendations. The excursion became an important component of the professional preparation of future lawyers, allowing students to broaden their knowledge and gain a clearer understanding of employment prospects in the judicial system after graduation.
