Course for lawyers will be held on the topic «Administrative proceedings and administrative procedures: application practice taking into account the latest legislative changes»

The Center for Advanced Training of Lawyers at Turan University (certificate of accreditation in the Republican Bar Association dated 07/28/2025) informs that as part of the continuous professional development program, a refresher course for lawyers will be held on the topic «Administrative proceedings and administrative procedures: application practice taking into account the latest legislative changes».

The main issues of the program:

1. Overview of innovations (Recent changes in legislation in the field of administrative justice. Regulatory rulings of the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Council concerning the application of the APPC. Generalizations and reviews of judicial practice in administrative cases).
2. Participation in administrative procedures.
3. Pre-trial settlement of an administrative dispute.
4. Judicial procedure for the consideration of administrative disputes.
5. Appeal and cassation appeal of judicial acts in administrative cases.

Target audience: lawyers; assistants and interns of lawyers; legal consultants; students of law faculties.
