The Higher School of Economics and Management of Turan University held an Open Day

An Open Day of the Higher School of Economics and Management for graduates of Turan College was held at Turan University. The event aimed to support prospective applicants with career guidance and to introduce them to the opportunities of bachelor’s degree programmes: Economics, World Economy, Management, and State and Local Administration.

During the meeting, participants received detailed information on programme content, study formats, academic workload, internship opportunities, participation in research and practice-oriented projects, as well as the University’s cooperation with employers and the career prospects available to graduates.

The following speakers delivered informative presentations:

• Elmira M. Yeralina — Director of the Higher School of Economics and Management
• Anna S. Beresneva — Head of the Turan Business Incubator
• Medet M. Sartbayev — Member of the Board of Directors, Independent Director, JSC “Oil Insurance Company”
• Aidar T. Baitayev — Chief Executive Officer, “Baitai Partners”
• Azat A. Arupov — Head of Department, “IGateway LTD”

In addition, guests took part in an interactive session organised by the Department of Marketing and Admissions (a quiz and prize draw) and visited the Turan University Library.
