Guest Lecture by a Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the Higher School of Law of Turan University

A guest lecture by a Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, member of the Committee on Legislation and Judicial Reform, Doctor of Law, Professor Unzila Shapak, was held at the Higher School of Law of Turan University. The lecture was dedicated to current issues of legal reforms in Kazakhstan.

 

During the meeting, the speaker covered a wide range of challenges and prospects for the development of the legal system, paying special attention to the parliamentary model proposed by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The lecture was conducted in a hybrid format and brought together a broad audience, including undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students, as well as faculty members of the Higher School of Law.

 

The event was moderated by the Director of the Higher School of Law, PhD Karlygash Zhumabayeva, and Associate Professor Farkhiya Momysheva.
