Persons wishing to participate in the competition submit an application (in any form) to the head of the university from 21.11.2025 to 10.12.2025 (office 211).

Persons with higher or postgraduate education corresponding to the qualification characteristics required for the positions of the teaching staff of “Turan” University are allowed to participate in the competition for the positions of the teaching staff
The following documents should be attached to the application:
- identity document;
- personal record sheet;
- resume (in any form); (download)
- copies of diplomas of higher education, academic and scientific degrees, a document of academic title, and originals for verification;
- list of scientific works and inventions (if available); (download)
- copies of certificates of retraining and advanced training (if available), and originals for verification;
- a certificate on the presence or absence of information on records issued by the Committee for Legal Statistics and Special Records of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the commission of a criminal offense by a person;
- medical certificate according to form no. 075;
- the certificate of the narcological organization indicating that the participant of the competition is not registered;
- a certificate from a psychoneurological organization indicating that the participant of the competition is not registered;
- presentation of the project on the educational program for vacant positions of the teaching staff or the project of research work for vacant positions of researchers (in electronic form, no more than 10 slides);
The participant of the competition has the right to submit additional information concerning his education, professional level (a list of scientific publications, recommendations from the management of the previous place of work), as well as documents confirming work experience and qualifications.
The submission of an incomplete package of documents according to the list is the basis for refusal to accept an application in any form.
Applications and tender documents submitted by the applicant after the specified deadlines are not subject to consideration.
