Persons wishing to participate in the competition submit an application (in any form) to the head of the university from 12.10.2021 to 31.10.2021 (office 211).

Persons with higher or postgraduate education corresponding to the qualification characteristics required for the positions of the teaching staff of “Turan” University are allowed to participate in the competition for the positions of the teaching staff
The following documents should be attached to the application:
1) personal record sheet;
2) autobiography;
3) copies of diplomas of higher education, academic and scientific degrees, a document of academic title, and originals for verification;
4) copies of certificates of retraining and advanced training (if available), and originals for verification;
5) list of scientific works and inventions (if available);
6) medical certificate according to form no. 075,
7) a certificate on the presence or absence of information on records issued by the Committee for Legal Statistics and Special Records of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the commission of a criminal offense by a person.
8) presentation of the project on the educational program for vacant positions of the teaching staff or the project of research work for vacant positions of researchers (in electronic form, no more than 10 slides);
9) the certificate of the narcological organization indicating that the participant of the competition is not registered;
10) a certificate from a psychoneurological organization indicating that the participant of the competition is not registered;
11) identification
The submission of an incomplete package of documents according to the list is the basis for refusal to accept an application in any form.
The participant of the competition has the right to submit additional information concerning his education, professional level (a list of scientific publications, recommendations from the management of the previous place of work), as well as documents confirming work experience and qualifications.
The Department of “Accounting and Audit” – for the positions of Head of the department, associate professor, (Doctor of Sciences and (or) Candidate of Sciences, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), senior lecturer, (masters, specialists with higher education, practitioners).
The Department of “Marketing and Logistics” – for the positions of professor, (Doctor of Sciences and (or) Candidate of Sciences, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD))
The Department of “Business Administration” – for the positions of Head of the department, Professor, (Doctor of Sciences and (or) Candidate of Sciences, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)).
The Department of “Computer and Software Engineering” – for the positions of a professor, associate professor, (Doctor of Sciences and (or) Candidate of Sciences, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)).
“Turan Film Academy” Higher school, the Educational program “Cinematography” – for the positions of professor, Associate professor, (Doctor of Sciences and (or) Candidate of Sciences, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD and (or) honored workers of culture, art, sports, members of creative unions, holders of honorary titles, state awards of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
“Turan Film Academy” Higher school, the Educational program “Directing and Acting” – for the positions of professor, Associate professor, (Doctor of Sciences and (or) Candidate of Sciences, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and (or) doctor in the profile and (or) honored workers of culture, art, sports, members of creative unions, holders of honorary titles, state awards of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
