The 1st degree diploma was awarded to Ablet Kayumovich Kamalov – Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor of the “Regional Studies and International Relation” Department, the holders of the II and III degree diplomas were Leila Telmanovna Zhanuzakova – Doctor of Law, Professor of the “Jurisprudence and International Law” Department and Gulzhan Khazhmuratovna Tulekova – Candidate of Philology, associate professor of the “Journalism and Translation studies” Department.
