Gathering of tourist expeditionary teams “Menin otanym – Kazakhstan”

Representatives of the Turan University: Director of the Research Institute of Tourism, Doctor, Professor Vukolov V., senior lecturer of the Department of Tourism and Service Ospanova A., assistant lecturer Berkimbaev T. were on the jury of the meeting.

The event was organized on September 21-23, 2021 by the Republican educational and methodological centre for additional education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The winners of the tourist expedition teams “Menin Otanym – Kazakhstan” – 170 young tourists from organizations of general secondary and additional education of the republic took part in the event. They presented tourist expedition routes, virtual travels “History of the native land”, defended local history research projects, ecological expeditions, demonstrated the skills of providing first aid to “victims” during the trip. According to the results of the Republican final of the gathering, 30 winners in the individual competition and 3 winners in the team competition were determined.

The nominations were evaluated by 18 members of the jury from among the teachers of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai, Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyov, Kazakh Academy of Sports and Tourism, Kazakh University of Technology and Business, Kokshetau University named after Sh. Ualikhanov, Turan University in Almaty.
