The Career and Leadership Center is a structural subdivision of Turan University, interacting with departments on the organization of professional practice, promoting the development of career and leadership skills of students, undergraduates, doctoral students, and graduate employment.

The Career and Leadership Center of Turan University regularly, together with partners, organizes projects aimed at promoting youth employment.
The career fair is a platform organized by the Career and Leadership Center of Turan University for the meeting of employers and youth for the purpose of employment. At the event, young people ask all their questions to company representatives, learn about current vacancies, and respond to relevant open positions in companies. As part of the fair, students can choose a place for practical training.
Skill up is a project in which specialists from companies conduct practical master classes for young people on skills that will be useful in their careers.
The project has already featured speakers from the following companies: Mars, MasterCard, Danone, Pepsico, Technodom, Magnum, Ispace, HeadHunter, Skillbox, Efes, Leroy Merlin, IT-Grad, Oblako, Sxodim, LeadershipKz, Advertising Association of Central Asia, Tribune, Dasm.

Case4Success is a case championship in which young people solve business cases from partner companies in order to put into practice the theoretical knowledge they have acquired at the university. Participation in the case championship provides an additional opportunity to show your skills to a potential employer.
Students have already solved cases from companies: Unilever, Mars, Royal Canin, Pepsico, JTI, Technodom, Beeline, Ispace, HeadHunter, Skillbox, Efes, Leroy Merlin, Atlas Copco, PayBoxMoney(Freedom), Turan Water, IT-Grad, Oblako, Sxodim, LeadershipKz, Advertising Association of Central Asia, Tribune, Dasm.
