A training seminar for teachers and doctoral students on the topic “Education, Mental Health and Emotional Intelligence” was held at Turan University. The speaker of the seminar was the invited foreign professor of Anglina Ruskin University (Great Britain) Dababrata Chowdhury.
Dr. Chowdhury is the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Modern Development and Management Studies, a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Global Strategic Management (JGSM) and a member of the Review of Enterprise and Management Studies (REAMS) at UCS, as well as an expert of five professional organizations, including the British Academy of Management (BAM) and the Institute of Small Business and Entrepreneurship (ISBE).
During the seminar, the participants discussed the problems of identification and understanding of emotions, the use of emotions to improve the efficiency of thinking and activity, emotion management. Since 2020, when the whole world was captured by the pandemic, the problem of mental health of students and teachers has become very relevant.
