Enactus Turan
Enactus-it is the largest practice-oriented platform that teaches leadership and entrepreneurship in 35 countries around the world. As in business, Enactus believes that competition stimulates the development of ideas, start-ups and innovations, so the competitive spirit pervades all project activities of young people. 1750 universities from all over the world are members of the Enactus network and our innovative and entrepreneurial university has of course supported this project.
Enactus Turan is a non-profit student organization whose goal is to improve the standard of living of the population and improve the world through business.
The mission of Enactus is to prepare and nurture a new generation of entrepreneurial leaders who are able to generate innovation, see new opportunities in any difficulties and use business principles to improve lives.
The main bias is on training newcomers, because the team has a succession system. Enactus helps in developing leadership qualities, acquiring communication and teamwork skills, learning the principles of entrepreneurship and implementing own projects and start-ups.
The team captain is Ersayyn Saya. 3rd year student of the educational program “Journalism”.

The heads of departments at Enactus are: Ayaulym Mukhametova – head of the PR department, Elizaveta Boldyreva – head of the project department, Li Victoria – head of the financial department, Syzdykova Asel – head of the HR department. The Enactus Turan team recruits participants at the beginning of each new semester. After passing through all the stages, students choose the department in which they want to continue working and are officially enrolled in the ranks of “enactus”.
Enactus students gain a wide range of practical experience in implementing projects in real life. They generate, develop and implement entrepreneurial ideas, mastering the technologies and methods of modern business.

At the moment, the team consists of about 30 members. The main part of the participants are 1st year students, as the team is undergoing a big transformation.
Today, social entrepreneurs are becoming an active part of society and business, they are ready to take risks, open and develop new businesses, creating jobs, creating a culture of rejection
