Guest lecture online

On February 22, 2022, a guest lecture was held online by Judge No. 2 of Atyrau, Atyrau region, E.A. Oikulova on the topic “Peculiarities of consideration of criminal cases by courts of first instance according to the novelties of the CPC of the Republic of Kazakhstan” for students of the specialty “Jurisprudence”.

The organizer of the guest lecture is Candidate of Law, Associate Professor of the Department of “Jurisprudence and MP” N.A. Aldabergenova.

This lecture aroused great interest among students, during which many questions were asked. Future lawyers will benefit from lectures delivered by practitioners. Students received a unique opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge on the issues of judicial review of criminal cases in practice.
