When does Science come in touch with Art?

On April 6, 2022, at 11.00 (White Hall), “Turan” University welcomes guests – group of leading actors of popular film «Ахмет – ұлт ұстазы», and specialists-authors of applied researches in artistic legacy of Akhmet Baitursynov.

Round table conference «Ахмет – ұлт ұстазы», which is dedicated to the 150th anniversary of Akhmet Baitursynov, it will unite representatives of the scientific world: scientists from Institute of Linguistics, the Department of Language development, Akhmet Baitursynov’s House-Museum, as well as famous theater and film actors, who played the main roles in the famous film about the life and work of the Kazakh educator, linguist, literary critic, turkologist, poet and translator Akhmet Baitursynov.

Before and during the breaks of the discussion platform, the guests will be presented with a concert program organized by students of the Faculty of Humanities and Law (Department of Journalism and Translation studies).
