Turan University is a platform for the dialogue of Business Incubators and Accelerators of Universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On March 16, 2022 at Turan University (Almaty) with the participation of the IT International University, Kazakh-British Technical University, Kazakh National Agrarian University, Almaty University of Energy and Communications named after Gumarbek Daukeev, Kazakh Academy of Labor and Social Relations, Kostanay Engineering-Economic University named after M. Dulatov, A.Baitursynov Kostanay Regional University, Korkyt-Ata Kyzylorda State University, Kokshetau University named after  Sh. Ualikhanov, the first private Business Incubator MOST, Technical University of Milan held a round table for the topic: “Development of Business Incubators and Accelerators of Higher Educational Institutions.”

A constructive and detailed dialogue was held to assess the real situation of Business Incubators and Accelerators at the universities of Kazakhstan, key problems and factors hindering the effectiveness of their activities were identified.

The task was set to develop a common strategy for the development of the ecosystem, the role of Business Incubators and Accelerators for Higher Educational Institutions in the way of building a new Kazakhstan, methodological approaches, ways to improve the quality of business projects, search for funding and new models for integrating Business Incubators and Accelerators of Universities with science and business, development of international cooperation and fundraising, development of cooperation with local and international venture funds, ensuring the protection of rights.
