“Psychology” department held an open lecture on the topic “Managing yourself as a factor of personal efficiency”

On October 4, 2022, within the framework of the International Scientific and Practical Forum “Global Changes: Challenges of Science and Education” in honor of the 30th anniversary of Turan University, the Psychology Department held an open lecture on the topic “Managing yourself as a factor in personal efficiency.”

The speaker was Asimov Marat Abubakrievich, founder and head of the Center for Communication Skills named after Juliet Drapper, Doctor of Medical Sciences, psychotherapist and professor of the Department of Psychology.

An open lecture was devoted to the issues of psychohygiene and personality psychoprophylaxis as factors of personal effectiveness.

The event was attended by students of the specialty “Psychology,” as well as everyone.
