Guest lecture for students of the ЕP “Jurisprudence”, “International Law” and “Corporate Lawyer”

On November 25, on the basis of Turan University, for students of the ЕP “Jurisprudence”, “International Law” and “Corporate Lawyer”, as well as doctoral students, a guest lecture was held by Professor, Doctor of Law. Karagusova F.S. on the topic “Problems of corporate law”. During the lecture, issues of modernization of corporate legislation, development of the legal institution of legal entities, reform of legislation on non-profit organizations were discussed. The lecture aroused great interest and discussion.
