Turan University – Winner of Game Jam 22

Turan University took part in the Republican Video Game Developers Festival “Mythical Game Jam SU 2022”

This year the theme of the festival was “Mythology”. Aspiring developers had to create a full-fledged video game in just 48 hours.

The winner of the festival was our Koumiss Games team 🥳 The guys made an atmospheric 2D adventure game. The game allows you to study the history and myths of the Kazakh people in an easy game form using sources recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan 🇰🇿

In total, more than 70 teams from Almaty, Astana, Karaganda and other cities took part in the festival. The prize fund of the festival amounted to about two million tenge.
