Undergraduates of Almaty Management University completed a scientific internship at the “Management” Department

In the period from March 27 to April 7, undergraduates of the scientific, pedagogical and profile direction of Almaty Management University underwent a scientific internship at the «Management» Department.

The internship program included attending trainings, seminars, as well as work in the electronic library system of the «Turan» University. As part of the scientific internship, undergraduates attended the lesson of the associate professor of the department “Management”, Bukeikhanovа Tamara Koshkarbaevna in the discipline “Leadership and team building”. At the lesson, the methods of organizing collective mental work, which are team building tools, were discussed, and a training was held on the topic “The method of focal objects”.

Master students actively participated in the training, which resulted in a discussion of roles in the team and the presentation of new interesting ideas.
