The training session of the foreign expert on “Coaching and Mentoring in Higher Education” has been conducted

On September 1, 2023, the Turan University hosted the training for the faculty staff “Coaching and Mentoring in Higher Education” by a visiting expert, associate professor, PhD Dababrata Narayan Chowdhury from Ravensbourne University London, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

During the training, the participants had the opportunity to discuss the problems of coaching and mentoring, to study their various models and schemes, as well as practical strategies for establishing and maintaining effective coaching and mentoring relationships in higher education.
