Students of the ЕP «Restaurant business and hotel business» at the FoodExpo Qazaqstan 2023

Training in the educational program «Restaurant business and hotel business» involves not only theoretical training, but also practical. One of the permanent formats is visiting Horex Qazaqstan exhibitions. Students of the Department «Tourism and Service» of the University «Turan» (teachers Fayzullina G.Sh., Ospanova A.K.) got acquainted with modern equipment for enterprises of the hospitality industry with interest, noted a wide range of products and opportunities.

A presentation of a gastronomic guide to Kazakh cuisine was held for students by one of its authors Svetlana Viktorovna Bisenbayeva («Artex» publishing house). One copy of the book was previously transferred to the university library by the Kazakhstan Association of Restaurants and Hotels (KARaH).
