Dmitry Tin’s guest lecture «Promotion of tourism businesses online – 2023»

On November 28, 2023, Dmitry Tin, Head of the Department of Digitalization and Smart Tourism of Kazakhstan Tourist Association and Kazakhstan Association of Hotels and Restaurants, held a guest lecture for students and teachers of tourism and hotel disciplines (Department of Tourism and Service of Turan University). He spoke about the role of the Internet in the sale of travel products, the growth of competition online, the need for consistency in the promotion of goods and services, marketing in social networks, current problems in the hospitality industry and ways to solve them through digital marketing, proper self-learning, artificial intelligence, etc. This knowledge will undoubtedly be useful in the practical activities of future professionals.
