Scientific and practical student conference “Information Society and Law”

On December 13, 2023, the annual XII All-Russian scientific and practical student conference “Information Society and Law” was held, organized by the Russian State University of Justice of the North Caucasus Branch of the Russian Federation (Krasnodar) online.

 

The conference was attended by undergraduates and students from 12 Russian universities (St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Irkutsk, Mary-El, Maykop, etc.). The Republic of Kazakhstan was represented by students of the Turan University, Faculty of Humanities and Law, Department of Jurisprudence and International Law, Scientific Student Society named after. Professor A.F. Aubakirova.

 

In their reports, Kazakh students revealed modern trends in the transformation of law under the influence of technological breakthroughs, new trends and the practice of their application in the context of digitalization:

 

  • “Transformation of public legal regulation under the influence of digitalization processes” – Daekenova A.A. (3rd year student, specialty “Jurisprudence”, scientific supervisor – Ph.D. Rekhson S.N.);
  • “Legal protection of the information society of the Republic of Kazakhstan” – Kreidin F. (3rd year student, specialty “Jurisprudence”, scientific supervisor – Ph.D. Sarina S.A.);
  • “Prospects for the use of 3D technologies for diagnosing the state of a person in a pre-trial investigation” – Sarsengalieva V.R. (4th year student, specialty “Jurisprudence”, scientific supervisor – Ph.D. Rekhson S.N.);
  • “The concept of international information law, its influence on the information society” – Vdovenko L.A. (3rd year student, specialty “Jurisprudence”, scientific advisor: Candidate of Legal Sciences Sarina S.A.).

 

Victoria Ruslanovna Sarsengalieva was awarded the diploma.

 

The scientific and practical student conference “Information Society and Law” contributed to the realization of the creative potential of the student audience, enriched them with knowledge at the international level and shaped further promising areas of scientific research.
