Corporate training of employees in the field of documentation and document management in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ESG standards and the Altyn Sapa Award Model of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

“Turan” University, being the winner of the Altyn Sapa Award of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is actively improving the internal quality assurance system, ensuring the effective functioning and development of the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.

From January 8 to January 12, 2024, within the framework of the School of Pedagogical Excellence, a seminar was held at the university on the theme: “Improving the university’s documentation support system based on international quality standards ISO 9001:2015, ESG and the Altyn Sapa Award Model of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.”

Corporate training in the field of documentation and document management based on modern principles of quality management and ISO 9001:2015 requirements was completed by teachers, department methodologists and department specialists.

During the training, the head of the quality management and accreditation department was G.Kh.Kuznetsova familiarized employees with the process approach to organizing the university’s internal quality assurance system, the procedure for documenting and organizing document flow in the conditions of a “digital university,” as well as the requirements for documentation to ensure compliance of the quality of university education with ESG standards.
