On December 9, 2023, the international Programming Olympiad “PROGGY-BUGGY CONTEST 2023” was held at Turran University, organized by the IT collection DataArt.
The PROGGY BUGGY COMPETITION is an international olympiad for programmers, which has been attended by representatives of more than 60 countries over the past 10 years.
The Olympiad was attended by schoolchildren, students, developers, testers and people who have an idea how programs are written. The participants had only 42 minutes to solve 13 tasks.
This year, 2135 participants from 52 countries of the world took part in the international programming competition progressive 2023 buggy competition, among them 4 students of the educational program “Information Systems” Turan University: Muhammed Ahmad (3rd year), Kan Alexandr (3rd year), Salmanov Nail (2nd year), Tynyshtykbayev Batyrkhan (2nd year).

Also, the student from Astana received the honorary category of the participant who scored the least number of penalty points and a positive final column.
