Third place of the Turan University Team at the olympiad on the educational program «Restaurant business and hotel business»
On May 16-17, 2024 on the basis of Karaganda University named after Academician E.A. Buketov the 2nd stage of XVI Republican Subject Olympiad among students of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the direction B093 «Restaurant business and hotel business» was held.
Turan University was represented by Turan Legacy team consisting of second year students:
- Lyuchir Malikovich Kharsanov – team captain;
- Putintseva Veronika Eduardovna;
- Aruzhan Mustafakyzy Alieva;
- Alimzhanova Munira Talgatovna.
The Turan Legacy team took the third place in the team competition. In individual competition Kharsanov Luchir Malikovich also won the III place and will be awarded with a diploma of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
Scientific supervisors were seniors-lecturers of the department «Tourism and Service» Demeuova B.M. and Ospanova A.K.
