According to the decision of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the scientific project prepared by the author’s team under his scientific supervision, aimed at studying the operational and investigative activities within the system of internal affairs bodies for detecting, preventing, and suppressing the distribution of narcotic substances conducted in a non-contact manner, was recognized as one of the best. The project’s goal is to improve the effectiveness and enhance the safety of operational and investigative measures, as well as develop methods for combating illegal drug trafficking.
Today, the problem of drug distribution is one of the most pressing issues for law enforcement agencies. This is especially relevant in the context of the rapid development of technologies that enable criminals to find new ways of distributing prohibited substances. The research led by Professor Akimzhanov aims to develop new approaches to counter these criminal acts. This project is expected to significantly enhance the effectiveness of law enforcement agencies in this field.
As the scientific leader of the project, Professor Talgat Kurmanovich has proven his competence and deep knowledge in the field of legal sciences and operational activities, making his work an invaluable contribution to science and public safety.
