Guest lecture on the institution of the banking ombudsman held at the Higher School of Law of «Turan» University

A guest lecture on the topic “The Institution of the Banking Ombudsman in the Republic of Kazakhstan: Challenges and Development Prospects” was held at the Higher School of Law of «Turan» University. The event brought together students and representatives of the professional community to discuss current issues related to the protection of financial service consumers’ rights and the development of mechanisms for out-of-court dispute resolution. Representatives of the Banking Ombudsman institution served as speakers at the lecture.
