Students of Turan University at the event on the Concept of civil service development in Kazakhstan

Students of Turan University attended an event dedicated to the Concept for the Development of the Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2024-2029, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 17, 2024 No. 602. The event became an important platform for familiarizing with the main provisions of the concept, which substantiates the need for further development of the civil service and the dynamics of ongoing reforms. In recent years, there has been a significant increase in the scale of radical transformations aimed at modernizing the socio-political and socio-economic life of the country, as well as improving the well-being of citizens.

In paragraph 5.2.1. The concept of talent management in the civil service states that “an institute for early career guidance, including school and university levels, will be established to attract young people to government agencies.” The students learned about the key aspects of the concept that will contribute to improving the effectiveness of public administration, improving the quality of public services, and ensuring more transparent and responsible government work.
