Training on the prevention of emotional burnout for principals of higher schools of Turan University from the ANO Scientific and Practical Center for the Regulation of Psychophysiological Conditions and Human Resilience (St. Petersburg, Russian Federation)
On April 4, 2025, a training course for principals of Higher Schools was held at Turan University in 304 classrooms. It is a modern and effective tool for developing resilience to professional burnout and stress. The training was aimed at discussing topical issues of psychological burnout, assessing the level of stress tolerance in positions held.
