On May 22, 2025, the city of Taldykorgan hosted an international scientific and practical conference on the topic: “Enhancing the Organizational Culture of Civil Servants as a Foundation of Kazakhstan’s Anti-Corruption Strategy: Challenges, Issues, and Prospects. “Dr. Leila Telmanovna Zhanuzakova, Doctor of Law and lecturer at the Higher School of Law of “Turan” University, delivered a presentation titled “Anti-Corruption Standards and the Professional Ethics of Civil Servants.”
