Turan University Expands International Cooperation with Mongolian Universities

The second day of the working visit to Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia, was marked by important international meetings and new partnership initiatives. Turan University signed a memorandum of cooperation with the International University of Economics and Business (IUEB).

 

The signing ceremony was attended by Professor Natsagdorj Khaltar, Rector of the International University of Economics and Business, Professor Gulzhanat Tayauova, Vice-Rector for External Relations and Doctorate of Turan University, Dana Nurtayeva, Director of the Department of Marketing and Admissions Campaign, as well as representatives of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Mongolia.

 

During the meeting, the parties discussed cooperation in the fields of education, science, and academic exchange. Special attention was given to strengthening partnership ties between educational institutions of Kazakhstan and Mongolia.

 

In addition, a meeting was held with Ms. Tsermaa Baatarchuluun, Vice President for Science and Cooperation of the National University of Mongolia. The parties discussed opportunities for expanding academic mobility programs, developing international cooperation, and implementing joint scientific projects.

 

The National University of Mongolia is one of the country’s leading and oldest higher education institutions. Founded in 1942, the university is recognized today as one of Mongolia’s major academic and research centers in the fields of science and education.

 

The memorandum is aimed at developing joint educational initiatives, promoting academic exchange for students and faculty members, conducting scientific research, and implementing international projects.

 

The International University of Economics and Business (IUEB) was founded in 1997 through a joint initiative of Mongolian and Japanese scholars. The university specializes in training professionals in the fields of international economics, business, and international relations.

 

The meetings were held in a friendly and constructive atmosphere, reaffirming the mutual interest of the parties in strengthening international cooperation and expanding partnership relations between the two countries.

 

The signing of the memorandum became an important step toward strengthening international cooperation and expanding academic partnerships between Kazakhstan and Mongolia.
