Seminar-Training Topic: “Modern Requirements for the Document Management System in the University. File Formation and Documentation”

On June 13, 2025, a seminar-training was held on the topic “Modern Requirements for the Document Management System in the University. File Formation and Documentation.” The event addressed a number of current issues related to improving the efficiency of document handling at Turan University. Particular attention was given to the importance of complying with documentation standards and creating structured files, which significantly improves organizational processes and ensures transparency in operations.

The training included both theoretical and practical sessions. Participants studied new regulatory documents and modern approaches to records management and the creation of archival collections. This format helped participants gain a deeper understanding of how to properly implement changes in the document management system, as well as how to avoid common mistakes in university documentation.
