Annual public report of Professor R. A. Alshanov, DEc, the Rector of Turan University
Dear colleagues!
The annual public report of Rahman Alshanovich Alshanov – Professor, Doctor of Economics, the Rector of Turan University took place on June 27, 2025.
The materials of the annual public report for the 2024-2025 academic year contain an analysis of the activities and participation of «Turan» University in the development of education in the Republic of Kazakhstan and are intended to give the public an opportunity to clearly see the work of the university over the past period:
- Evaluate experience,
- Identify areas of growth and opportunities,
- Set new goals.
Our report is addressed to a wide range of readers:
- Representatives of legislative and executive authorities,
- Students and their parents,
- Employees of the education system,
- Representatives of the media,
- Public organizations and other interested parties.
The main objectives of the Public Report are:
- To provide an information basis for organising dialogue and coordinating the interests of all participants in the educational process, including representatives of the public;
- To ensure the transparency of the university’s functioning;
- To provide an external guarantee of quality;
- To inform consumers of educational services about the university’s priority areas of development, planned activities and expected results.
