A Meeting on “IT Career in Banking” Was Held at Turan University

On February 25, 2026, a guest meeting on the topic “IT Career in Banking” was held at Turan University with the participation of Azamat Asanuly Bolegenov, Lead IT Developer of the Corporate Systems Development Department at RBK Bank.

During the meeting, the speaker told students about the specifics of IT specialists’ work in the banking sector, the requirements placed on young professionals, and the prospects for professional growth in one of the most dynamically developing areas of today’s labor market. Special attention was paid to building a career in the banking sector, in-demand technical skills, teamwork, and the importance of practical experience for a successful start in the profession.

The participants had the opportunity to learn firsthand about the real tasks faced by IT developers in the banking system, as well as to ask questions related to career development, professional competencies, and employers’ expectations.
