A guest lecture was held at the Higher School of Law of Turan University with the participation of Almaty notary and mediator Altynay Makesheva

During the lecture, the speaker addressed the topic of нотариal certification of evidence related to debt obligations, insults, defamation, blackmail, bullying, theft of copyrighted material, and the dissemination of false information on the Internet. Participants were given a detailed explanation of how evidence is notarized in the digital environment and what legal mechanisms exist to protect citizens’ rights. As part of the meeting, Altynay Makesheva shared her practical experience, provided examples from her professional practice, and answered students’ questions. The guest lecture became a valuable platform for gaining practical knowledge and improving the legal literacy of students.
