Turan University has successfully passed the Quality management system inspection (ISO 9001:2015)

Turan University, being the winner of the President’s Prize “Altyn Sapa” of the Republic of Kazakhstan, actively improves the internal quality assurance system, ensures effective functioning and continuous improvement of the quality management system.

In the period from October 12 to 14, 2021, an inspection of the quality management system for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015 took place at Turan University. The audit was carried out by G.D. Talasbayeva, the auditor of the certification body “Russian Register Eurasia”.

The quality management system provides guarantees of the quality of education provided by the university to the consumer and stakeholders, allows top and middle management to make competent management decisions, promptly respond to any changes, prevent or minimize possible risks for the university.

The quality management system has been functioning at the University since 2011, in 2020 its compliance with ISO 9001:2015 was confirmed by the international Certification Association “Russian Register”.
