Graduates organized the International youth project Skill up – III

“Turan” University,”Turan-Zerde”Association of graduates organized from November 22 to 26, 2021 the annual International Youth Project Skill up – III, which became more interesting and useful for students, partner companies and graduates.

With the support of representatives of partner companies such as: Efes Kazakhstan, Mars Kazakhstan, Magnum, Headhunter Kazakhstan, Dasm Group, Advertising Association of Central Asia, Tribune, “Davai skhodim”, Leadership KZ, Fragstore.com and FS Holding, the main goal of the project was achieved on application of technical and professional skills in corporate environments. More than 1,300 participants took part in the project, who received practical and professional experience for their future careers. Participants were represented from different countries and regions, such as: Kazakhstan, Russia, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Armenia, Korea, Belarus, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Altai, Azerbaijan and Bashkortostan.

By implementing a project that took place online on the YouTube platform, where each participant received a lot of insights from professionals in certain fields. The representatives of the companies shared excellent and successful experiences, life cases for the future growth of the young generation, and in real time the participants communicated with the speakers and asked about the prospects and new opportunities for growth in a professional environment. The participants were actively involved and noted the huge contribution to the development of this area and the interaction between the educational environment and business. The Skill up project helps them get to know their future profession more closely, as well as develop and deepen into the corporate environment.

This project was organized by the graduates of Turan University and sets itself not only local goals, but also strive to meet the goals of sustainable development of the United Nations in the field of “quality education” and “decent work and economic growth”.

The aspirations of the Association of graduates to integrate the business community and the educational environment are reaching a new level every year and forming global integration, which carries enormous potential for future specialists. Students, thanks to such opportunities, become competitive all over the world and, already having the experience and views of international companies, they will easily and quickly integrate into the international business environment. Also, partner companies deserve high gratitude for their contribution to the development of the younger generation, because thanks to their capabilities, resources and knowledge, the doors open for students and potential grows.
