Training of employees in the field of document management of the quality management system (ISO 9001:2015)

In the period from January 17 to January 19, 2022, Turan University conducted training for employees in the field of document management based on modern quality management principles and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

An online course for methodologists of departments, teachers, specialists of departments was conducted by the head of the department of quality management and accreditation Kuznetsova G.Kh.

Among the issues studied:

• requirements of the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015;
• general principles of documentary support of the activities of the university, documentation of information in accordance with regulatory requirements;
• organization of rational workflow, including the concept of creating an electronic office;
• processing of information in accordance with the requirements of the quality management system of Turan University.

Turan University, being the owner of the award of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Altyn Sapa”, actively improves the internal quality assurance system, ensures efficient functioning and continuous improvement of the quality management system.

The quality management system of Turan University is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
